EVENT BARTENDER

As an Event Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service during events and gatherings. Your bartending skills, professionalism, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our events and the satisfaction of our guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during events.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a presentable appearance with clean uniforms and be able to wear a costume uniform.
• Superior attendance and punctuality.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Stand, walk, and work in a bar environment for extended periods.
• Lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
• Moderate to high noise levels.
• Exposure to a smoky environment.
