Hut8 is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel, Joint Ventures & Finance, to lead legal structuring and negotiations for the company’s flagship partnerships and financing initiatives in the Miami area. You will oversee JV/governance design, minority investments, and sophisticated debt and project financings in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
