How You’ll Contribute Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital Assist and coordinate intake and pre‑admission screening process Perform on‑site (typically at the referring facility) clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patient for admission Communicate rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families; convey expectations and participation requirements to those deemed appropriate for admission Secure information related to patients’ resources and benefits Serve as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities Why Join Us Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple levels of medical, dental and vision coverage tailored to full‑time, part‑time and PRN employees. Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What We’re Looking For A clinical licensure (RN, LPN, PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA, RRT, MSW) and a Bachelor’s degree. Previous marketing/sales experience preferred. Previous clinical experience preferred, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems. Formal sales training preferred.
