Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse

qualifications required Associate degree or higher Hospice (2+ years) Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois (IL) Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance? (yes) overview Our client is seeking a compassionate Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients in Schaumburg, IL and surrounding areas, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in Shaumburg, IL and surrounding areas Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting Self-manage time. Details Schedule: EVERY Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 8P to 8A o EVERY Saturday & Sunday + 3rd day (either Mon - Fri) from 8A to 8P #J-18808-Ljbffr
