Learn about customers' needs and recommend the best phones, accessories, and service plans. Build lasting relationships that encourage customers to return. Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to store success. Demonstrate the latest wireless technology and accessories. Help customers set up new devices and explain product features. Stay knowledgeable about promotions and new products. Complete training and stay up to date on products and promotions. Follow company policies and cash handling procedures. Help maintain inventory accuracy and store security. Support store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience. As a Lead Sales Associate, You’ll Also Open and close the store. Lead by example and support teammates. Assist with daily operations and merchandising. Help maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure the store looks clean, organized, and welcoming. Support management with operational tasks and special projects. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is a relationship builder. Enjoys sales and thrives on achieving goals. Is dependable and takes initiative. Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team. Has availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Is comfortable learning new technology. Is bilingual (English and Spanish) Wants to grow into future leadership opportunities. Retail experience is great, but it's not required.
