Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Tampa, FL at the Fowler branch (2009 E Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL 33612). PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture. Candidates are encouraged to discuss workplace expectations, branch hours, and shift details with their recruiter and hiring manager. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined process that includes outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using available technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience—including military service—may be considered.
