Management Analyst II

Property Management Analyst II Description of work and responsibilities Analyze property accountability operations, asset financial records and capital improvement project records. Provide analytical support for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness and external compliance reviews. Analyze property data and performance metrics; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to the Government. Develop program reports, project plans, spreadsheets and presentations to support management decisions. Support SOP development, quality management, continuous improvement and risk management within property accountability operations. Required skills and qualifications More than 7 years of relevant experience. Ability to perform the duties above and use applicable Government systems, SOPs and records controls. Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor’s in any field. Engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations. Additional Requirements Must possess an active SECRET security clearance
