GladEyes Care Support Services is hiring Certified Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, non-medical home care to individuals across Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties. As a CHHA, you will help clients live safely and comfortably at home by supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and ambulation
• Take and record vital signs as needed
• Remind clients to take self-administered medications
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments as needed
• Observe and report any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times
