We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Avir at French Home in San Antonio, TX. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents.

Job Summary:
As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and service of meals, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our culinary team to create delicious and nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables

• Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring timely and pleasant dining experiences

• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils

• Work closely with the dietary department to plan and execute special events and functions

• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and resident dining experiences

• Perform other duties as assigned by the dietary department
