The hospital requires coverage support for comprehensive surgical services including emergency trauma cases. About the Facility Location Corsicana offers diverse attractions including museums at Navarro College, the Cook Center Planetarium, and the Palace Theatre within the historic downtown area. The region provides outdoor recreation opportunities at Navarro Mills Lake and Angelita Vineyard & Winery, along with dining options ranging from Chinese to American cuisine. The location provides convenient access to nearby lakes, Texas State Railroad excursions, and maintains proximity to Dallas for additional entertainment options. About the Clinician's Workday The clinician will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 8-hour day shifts managing diverse surgical cases including orthopedic, spine, neurological, regional, obstetric, thoracic, some vascular, and pediatric procedures in an autonomous practice environment. The clinician will work day and night shifts with call coverage requirements including mandatory weekend OB call. Board certification is required with a credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days. The position operates under an autonomous staffing model allowing independent clinical decision-making across multiple surgical specialties.
