Duration: 24 Months with possible extension
Shift: 7 : 00 am - 3:30 pm / 03:00 pm - 11:30 pm / 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
- Registered Nurse will perform usual duties at the facility.
- The RN would be responsible for shift work.
- Assess patients' conditions.
- Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
- Observe patients and record the observations.
- Administer patients' medicines and treatments.
- Set up plans for patients' care or contribute information to existing plans.
- Assessments
- Obtaining/transcribing physician orders
- Maintaining inventory of supplies
- Notifying case manager RN/Triage/MOC of changes in conditions of individuals
- All documentation associated with the above tasks and other shift duties.
- RN
- BLS/CPR
- Covid vaccination card
