Production Associate

Johnson Service Group has an immediate need in Fairport, New York for a Production Associate - Material Handler. This is scheduled to be a 2+ month temporary assignment 40+ hours a week. This position requires regular lifting of 40 lbs.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manually operates and monitors assigned lines, bagging and palletizing equipment, materials, and finished product as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation.
• Coordinates the movement of product from the production lines to the skids.
• Manually stacks finished product onto pallets.
• Examines product for quality and ensures all Food Safety Handling Procedures are followed.
• Records daily logs of packages bags and wasted packaging material.
• Inspects julian date/lot codes for accuracy and legibility.
• Adopts a culture of cleanliness and safety in the work environment.

This position is available immediately and looking for someone who can start work right away. Payrate is $17/Hr.
