Project Manager 2The Project Manager 2 organizes and leads moderate to large-scale projects and organizational initiatives that support strategic and operational priorities. This role works collaboratively with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager 2 coordinates multiple concurrent initiatives, facilitates communication across departments, and helps drive adoption, sustainment, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and effective partnership with stakeholders at all levels.Key Success Factors:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferredDemonstrated experience managing moderate to large-scale projects and competing priorities in a complex environment.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.Healthcare operations, healthcare administration, or healthcare project management experience preferred.Experience supporting executive leaders, operational leaders, or enterprise-wide initiatives preferred.Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologiesExperience with project management tools such as SmartSheet, Planview, Azure Dev Ops, etc.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification preferred.Ability to influence, build consensus, and drive results without direct reporting authority.Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with audiences at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across departments and service lines.Aptitude for learning new technologies, processes, and systems and applying them to improve efficiency and outcomes.Experience leveraging Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools, including familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, preferred.Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and communicate recommendations effectively.Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.Aptitude for quickly understanding new processes and technical concepts and communicating them to a different audience.Qualifications:EDUCATION - H.S.
