Meal Break: 30 Minutes



Pay Rate: $80/hour



Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, facility policies, and clinical standards.

• Monitor resident outcomes, clinical documentation, and patient safety.

• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Previous Director of Nursing (DON) experience is required.

• Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is required.

• Willingness to fulfill on-call responsibilities.

• Strong nursing leadership, communication, and team management skills.
