Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to establish a foundation for personalized care.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Accurately complete and maintain essential documentation, including billing inquiries, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations within specified time frames.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at promoting long-term stability and recovery.
\n
• Create effective discharge plans in collaboration with clients to ensure a seamless transition post-therapy.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all pertinent federal and state regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of Radiant Life Counseling Center.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending required training sessions and case consultations to enhance skills and competencies.
\n
• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training as prescribed by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with an array of mental health issues. Our center emphasizes culturally responsive practices, promoting an understanding of the specific challenges faced by clients within the community. Your role will facilitate improving mental health access and outcomes for these individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that supports licensure requirements.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting and familiarity with evidence-based therapies.

• Proficiency in providing telehealth services, adapting therapeutic techniques for a virtual platform.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with licensure and professional experience. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
