Insurance and Financial Services Position – State Farm Agent Team Member, Bay Minette, AL Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Bay Minette, AL is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for John Chason – State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Benefits and Compensation Salary plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Compensation range: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year Requirements Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Self‑motivated, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving. Ability to multi‑task and make presentations to potential customers. Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). This is an independent contractor role.
