Job Overview The Infrastructure Administrator (IA) is a highly skilled technical individual who designs infrastructure solutions that are resilient and meet stakeholders’ needs. The IA designs, deploys, documents and supports all aspects of the District’s infrastructure, maintains accurate records, manages vendor relationships, and resolves complex technical problems escalated beyond the support team. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, document, and support all aspects of the District’s infrastructure. Maintain accurate infrastructure records and documentation. Manage relationships with key vendors to ensure timely support. Resolve complex technical problems beyond the scope of IT Systems Support Specialists and End‑User Support Specialists. Qualifications A minimum of a two‑year Technical College degree in a technology‑related field, communications, or project management. Four‑year undergraduate degree (B.S. or B.A.) preferred.
