Physical Therapist – PRN – Rivers Edge Rehabilitation – Emmett, ID Rivers Edge Rehabilitation in Emmett, ID is a post-acute care facility offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our in‑house rehabilitation program. Responsibilities Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans. Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive devices, and wound care. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications Physical Therapist license is required.
