Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in Bethel, Vermont and is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join their team for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

Full-Time Position
37.5 Hours Per Week
2026-2027 School Year
Assignment Dates: August 2026 – June 2027
Onsite school-based setting
Elementary Caseload (PreK–8th Grade)
Small Caseload of Approximately 40 Students

Qualifications

Active Vermont SLP or SLPA License
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred for SLP candidates
Clinical Fellowship Year candidates may be considered
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and progress monitoring
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education requirements
Support students across a variety of communication needs and grade levels
