Early Childhood Learning Teacher Assistant

to join our team at

Town of Webb Union School

for the 2026–2027 school year

As a Teacher Assistant, you'll work alongside our early childhood team to create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 10 months through 3 years old

. You'll support classroom activities, daily routines, learning experiences, and positive interactions that help young children learn, grow, and thrive.

Collaborating with the School-Age Childcare Lead to facilitate hands-on activities aligned with the

Creative Curriculum

, tailored to the unique needs and interests of the children.

Maintaining regular communication with parents and family members through the

Playground App

, ensuring transparency and engagement in their child's daily experiences.

Cultivating positive adult-child interactions utilizing the

CLASS method

, fostering an environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Supporting the education, health, welfare, and safety of classroom members and the entire center community by adhering to

ECERS/ITERS standards and protocols

.

High School Diploma or equivalent,

OR

at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13.

Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
