ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative & Insurance Advisor for Ethan T Samueloff State Farm , you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You grow our agency through making meaningful customer connections and acting as a liaison between our clients and our Agency. You improve the lives of our customers and prospects by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services, including property & casualty, life, and health insurance.

Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team in this production-based role offering a competitive base salary plus commission, with income expectations of $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about State Farm Insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health coverage.
• Assist customers with policy applications. 
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals through proactive marketing and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (license reimbursement available after 90 days of employment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
