Shift Supervisor - Launch Family Entertainment, Norwood

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Ready to run the show? Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and make sure every guest, kids and parents alike, has a great experience. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll run shifts, lead a team, and be the person staff and guests count on to keep things running smoothly. Pay $20–$22/hour Schedule Part-time & full-time, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed Now interviewing, start dates available soon What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including opening and closing duties Supervise, train, and support staff on shift Monitor safety protocols and keep the facility clean and well-maintained Make sure guests get friendly, responsive service at every touchpoint Handle scheduling, reports, and inventory management Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Act as the link between staff and management, modeling Momentum's core values What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and people skills, comfortable managing a team and connecting with guests Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Self-motivated, dependable, and well-organized At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs ServSafe certification a plus, or willing to obtain within 90 days What You Get Paid training and ongoing professional development A real path to advancement and leadership Retirement savings for all employees Medical, dental, and PTO for full-time employees Perks across Momentum's brands: My Gym, Launch, Retro Fitness, Club Elevate, Wimbledon, The Newport Venture Launch Family Entertainment, Norwood MA.
