SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, FP&A - MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (HYBRID, 3 DAYS IN OFFICE) Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis, provide insights, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes. Translate data and analyses into actionable insights to support day‑to‑day and strategic decisions. Build and maintain financial models for performance evaluation, scenario planning, and investment decisions. Lead ROI and business case analyses for key initiatives. Review and approve headcount and spend requests to ensure alignment with budgets. Prepare concise financial materials for executive leadership, Board, and external stakeholders. Drive process improvements and scale finance operations across functions. Qualifications 4+ years of financial analysis experience in a SaaS or software company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, and curiosity. Ability to independently drive projects with high attention to detail. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience with budgeting systems (Anaplan a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred. Experience with SaaS business models beneficial. Compensation Annual base salary range: $115,000 – $135,000, based on market location and experience.
