In this role, you will coordinate bariatric patient care, provide medical nutrition therapy, and support patients through pre- and post-surgical stages. Responsibilities include individualized nutrition assessments, care planning, education, and collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and behavioral health staff. You will monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and contribute to program development.
