Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Leading a team of QA Analysts, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Manager will focus on delivering high-quality software by implementing modern testing practices and leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning Own the execution of testing activities and ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle Champion the integration of AI tools to improve testing processes and enhance overall productivity Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field 7-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance 3+ years of experience leading a team of QA Engineers or QA Analysts Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to improve software quality and productivity Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines
