Peninsula Pediatric Therapy, P.C., based in Carmel, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric therapy services in Hollister .

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with children (birth–21) with neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using appropriate physical therapy techniques 
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans 
• Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility 
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care 
• Educate families and caregivers on home programs and equipment use 
• Recommend adaptive equipment, orthotics, and positioning strategies 
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress 
• Assist with discharge planning and referrals as needed

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in California (in good standing) 
• Experience or interest in pediatric physical therapy 
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills 
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation for travel between work sites 
• Ability to assist with lifting children and equipment
