Systems Engineer V (E5)

* Assist with system prototype development and build, as well as provide feedback to other teams in a timely manner, and effectively communicate solutions to relevant engineers\n\n * Design and perform iterative testing in a systematic manner to ensure systems meet specifications\n\n * Develop workflows for system calibration and data acquisition\n\n * Look for ways to improve system commissioning process for consistency and scalability\n\n * Be able to adapt and provide feedback quickly to changes in a prototype system with demanding deadlines\n\n * Be detail-oriented and diligent in documenting changes and notes as the product is developed.\n\n * Install finished product at customer sites and conduct site acceptance testing with customers present\n\n * Assist with customer demos and applications\n\n\n\n\n## Skills\n\n * Able to work independently to formulate and test hypotheses\n\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a team environment\n\n * Excellent data analysis skills: ability analyze and manipulate large datasets quickly\n\n * Ability to multitask and set priorities according to current demands\n\n * Ability to deliver solutions under tight deadlines\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor of Science or Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, or Materials Science)\n\n * Work experience/Master\u2019s/Ph.D. is a plus\n\n * Be able to travel domestically and internationally to assist with in-field installations (max expected percentage travel is 10%, but subject to change) \n\n\n\n\n## Additional Skills of Interest\n\n * Familiarity or experience with X-ray systems, specifically XRF is a strong plus\n\n * Experience in Python scripting is a strong plus\n\n * Experience with hardware control (motion control systems and automation/robotics) is a plus\n\n * Familiarity or experience with optics and microscopes is a plus\n\n * Understanding of semiconductor industry trends is a plus\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n10 - 15 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$160,000.00 - $220,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
