Senior Manager, Integrated Communications (1316)

Job Purpose The Watches of Switzerland Group is a leading luxury watch and jewelry retailer with a portfolio that includes Watches of Switzerland, Mayors, Betteridge, Analog:Shift and Hodinkee. The Senior Manager, Integrated Communications will play a key role in shaping, protecting and amplifying the Group across press, influencer, brand and commercial communications channels, driving awareness and connecting to culture. This role will oversee media relations, press outreach, influencer communications, creator partnerships and affiliate marketing for WOSG and its portfolio of brands, supporting brand storytelling, executive visibility, retail initiatives, events, partnerships and enthusiast engagement. The Senior Manager will cultivate strong relationships with luxury, lifestyle, jewelry and watch enthusiast, trade, business and broadcast media, while coordinating interview requests, press materials, event coverage, affiliate program development, influencer strategy and ongoing reporting. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field; experience within luxury jewelry, watches, accessories preferred. 6+ years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations or integrated communications; luxury, retail, watches, jewelry, fashion, lifestyle or consumer experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, media monitoring platforms and PR reporting tools. Must have open availability to support events, launches and media opportunities Deep understanding of luxury, lifestyle, watch and jewelry enthusiast, business and trade media landscapes. Excellent media relations instincts and ability to build trusted relationships with press and influencers. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and brand voice. Strategic thinker with the ability to connect communications activity to business objectives and brand priorities. Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines, launches and events simultaneously. Collaborative partner who can work effectively with internal teams, agency partners, executives and external stakeholders. Strong judgment, discretion and professionalism when managing executive communications, media requests and sensitive issues. Ability to define influencer and affiliate program goals, KPIs, tracking requirements and performance reporting frameworks Proven track record of securing meaningful media coverage across print, digital, broadcast, luxury, lifestyle, business, trade and enthusiast outlets. Established relationships with relevant editors, writers, producers, stylists, creators and industry contacts. Experience managing executive visibility, interviews, speaking opportunities and expert commentary. Experience supporting events, launches, retail openings, partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns from a communications perspective. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into compelling press narratives. Experience with media monitoring, coverage recaps, reporting metrics and communications analysis. Experience launching or managing influencer, creator and/or affiliate marketing programs, including use or evaluation of tracking and measurement platforms. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple brands, priorities and stakeholders.
