Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC)

Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult) Full‑time or part‑time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Licensed in the state of Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP. Those with clinical licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply. MySpectrum provides teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond. As a Teletherapist, you will work from home or your own office, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. You will have a steady stream of clients and income while we handle credentialing, billing, platform, marketing, and scheduling. Job Summary The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA‑compliant platform in standard 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time caseload is approximately 30 client sessions per week; part‑time therapists can begin with at least 7 sessions per week. Responsibilities and Duties Provide therapy virtually in 45‑60 minute blocks. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Offer input on best strategies, techniques, and services to help clients. Participate in team meetings and contribute to company growth. Qualifications and Skills Licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; multiple state licenses are a plus. Experience working with diverse populations. Strong commitment to growth and building a caseload. Must have high‑speed internet access and a HIPAA‑protected space for sessions.
