Role Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic healthcare to individuals and families, spanning the spectrum from pediatric to elderly care.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Arizona medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are a plus.
