Responsibilities

Daily follow-up on warm leads - no telemarketing.
Explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage that meets their needs.
Process applications and policy changes accurately.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to policyholders.
Build positive relationships within the local community.

Requirements

Bilingual a PLUS!

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Basic computer proficiency.

2-20 or 4-40 license preferred OR ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses (training provided).

A genuine desire to help people and understand their insurance needs.
