The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated, personable, and driven recent college graduate to join our team in Alpharetta as a Recruiting Associate . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development. You do not need previous recruiting experience—we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, competitive, organized, and comfortable talking with people. As a Recruiting Associate, you will work closely with our recruiting team to identify, engage, screen, and build relationships with candidates for positions throughout the United States. What You'll Do Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Recruit candidates for Accounting, Finance, HR, and Operations positions Build and maintain candidate pipelines, particularly within the Dallas/Fort Worth market Conduct initial candidate outreach, phone screens, and qualification calls Learn how to evaluate resumes and identify candidates who align with specific client requirements Develop relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting process Coordinate interviews and assist with the overall candidate experience Work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to understand client needs and search strategies Research companies, industries, and potential candidates to support recruiting efforts Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in our systems Help grow Pegasus Staffing Partners' candidate network and presence in the Dallas market Take on increasing responsibility as you develop your recruiting skills and industry knowledge What We're Looking For Recent college graduate or someone early in their professional career Bachelor's degree preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident and comfortable speaking with new people Highly motivated and competitive with a strong desire to succeed Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media, and technology Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Previous sales, recruiting, customer service, internship, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Pegasus?
