We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the staffing industry. This individual must possess strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using various platforms and techniques
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and recruiting channels
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
- Support onboarding process for new hires
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in recruitment
- Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques
- Skilled in conducting interviews
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
