Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Accountant to lead inventory and costing analysis, partnering with operations to improve profitability. This role reports to the finance team and drives costing processes. You will produce monthly performance metrics, reconcile inventory, review variances, and support budgeting and month-end close, with exposure to senior leadership.
