Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll transactions, including employee data entry, time-off tracking, and benefit administration
Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment tracking
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reports
Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions and accounts
Collaborate with management to develop and implement cost-saving measures and budget optimization strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable; willingness to learn and grow with our team a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
