Quality Operations Lead - Repackaging & Compliance

A leading packaging company in Waynesville, NC, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to manage a team of Quality Associates supporting repackaging operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in quality leadership roles and must demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing processes and compliance with ISO/FDA/CFR regulations. Additional responsibilities include batch record review and training oversight, ensuring adherence to documentation practices and conducting investigations related to quality events.
