More than a business development position, this opportunity allows you to serve as a trusted partner to patients and families, guiding them through the hospice journey with empathy, dignity, and care. The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare business development, particularly in admissions and referrals, along with success managing key accounts in the Metro Atlanta market. This senior‑level role will play a critical part in expanding census for one of Georgia’s longest‑serving nonprofit providers of hospice and home‑based healthcare. What You’ll Do Drive Growth with Purpose Leverage your proven track record to develop and expand referral relationships across physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, rehab centers, and skilled nursing facilities. Identify and pursue opportunities that grow admissions while ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time. Build a strong presence in your territory as both a trusted partner and compassionate advocate. Use empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening to support patients and families as they make important care decisions. Help simplify the hospice process, offering reassurance and clarity during difficult transitions. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration 2+ years of healthcare sales experience (Hospice or Home Health preferred) Proven track record of growing referrals, managing key accounts, and delivering measurable results. Knowledge of the Metro Atlanta healthcare market is a plus. A natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust quickly. Empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence , you care deeply about the people you serve.
