Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position spans from August 19, 2026, to May 28, 2027, offering the chance to positively impact elementary, intermediate (grades 5 and 6), and high school students, as well as providing home instruction support. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of Ohio
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong ability to adapt skills and strategies across elementary, intermediate, and high school populations
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, organized, and proactive in delivering hands-on care and support to students
• Commitment to fostering inclusion and motivating students to achieve their potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services for a caseload of students across various grade levels and home settings
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement targeted interventions according to student needs
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and school staff to support academic access and participation
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and contribute to IEP processes
• Guide and educate families and caregivers on strategies to support student progress at home and in school environments
• Provide services across a range of school sites, ensuring consistency and quality of care
