- # DescriptionJob SummaryI am recruiting on behalf of a growing private pediatric practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to provide therapy services in both home and clinic settings. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.Provide pediatric therapy services in home and clinic settings.Support children with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, daily living skills, and developmental goals.Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers.Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with agency and insurance requirements.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's success.QualificationsActive OTA/COTA license in the state.Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.Experience with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, or related diagnoses is a plus.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Reliable transportation for home visits.Bilingual (Armenian or other languages) is a plus.Benefits:Continuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceMileage reimbursementOpportunities for advancementVision insuranceIf you're passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential, I'd love to hear from you.
