Property Management Coordinator

Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

We're seeking a highly organized Property Management Coordinator to support the daily operations of a fast-paced property management office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative work, customer service, leasing support, and coordinating with residents, owners, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Schedule property showings and assist with the leasing process
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins
• Maintain property listings and weekly vacancy reports
• Answer incoming calls and greet office visitors
• Prepare correspondence, notices, and resident communications
• Update property management software and maintain organized records
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor appointments
• Assist with utility setups, owner notifications, court paperwork, and resident insurance compliance
• Support the Property Manager with daily operations and special projects

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; AppFolio experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Compensation

$42,500-$52,000
