Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.This position is focused on PBM Batch Operations and includes responsibilities such as monitoring and supporting IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) batch processing, performing batch job interventions, supporting mainframe operations and console monitoring, overseeing RxClaim and iSeries batch environments, coordinating disaster recovery activities, managing incident notifications and ServiceNow tickets, maintaining operational procedures, and providing 24x7 production support coverage. The role also requires experience with scheduling tools, mainframe batch processing, secure file transfer processes, and data center operational support.Schedule:Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Arizona Time)Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Arizona Time)Shift Structure:Three 12-hour shifts (Sunday through Tuesday)One 6-hour shift (Wednesday)Additional Requirement:Must be available to work overtime as needed to provide coveragePBM Batch Operations Functional ResponsibilitiesThe PBM Operations environment includes responsibility for:Monitoring and supporting IWS (IBM Workload Scheduler) batch processing.Batch job interventions (restart, hold, kill, force complete).Mainframe IPL support.Mainframe console monitoring across multiple LPARs.RxClaim and iSeries batch monitoring.PBM Disaster Recovery support.Vendor escort activities and data center operational support.Data center security ticket processing.MIR3 paging and incident notifications.ServiceNow ticket management.Procedure verification and operational documentation updates.24x7 production support coverage.PBM Tools Commonly SupportedThe PBM Batch Operations team supports technologies including:IBM Workload Scheduler (IWSd / IWSz)Robot SchedulerMainframe batch processingRxClaim batch environmentsSecure file transfer processesData center operational systems and monitoring toolsAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
