Parking Lot Site Superintendent

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parking Lot Site Superintendent for the Northeast Ohio area to oversee the construction and maintenance of commercial parking lot projects. This role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of parking lot construction sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper grading, drainage, paving, and striping.
• Resolve on-site issues and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in paving or civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, drainage systems, and ADA compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with emphasis on paving or parking lot projects.
