Kitchen Expediter Bethesda Country Club is seeking a skilled, organized, and team-oriented Kitchen Expediter to join our culinary team. This is a key position responsible for ensuring seamless communication between the front and back of the house while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary communication link between the culinary and service teams during meal service. Coordinate ticket flow and prioritize orders to ensure accurate, timely execution. Perform final quality checks to ensure every dish meets club standards for presentation, accuracy, and completeness. Maintain efficient pacing during high-volume service periods while supporting a smooth kitchen workflow. Communicate clearly with chefs, line cooks, and servers to ensure exceptional service. Keep the expo station organized, clean, and operating efficiently. Support the culinary team in delivering a consistently outstanding dining experience for our members and guests. Qualifications Previous experience as a Kitchen Expediter, Line Cook, or in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant or club environment. Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food service timing, and ticket management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
