Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Role: The Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner at our large global client and oversee back-of-house operations to ensure seamless delivery of experiences across prioritized communities and spaces. This role connects the dots between spaces, programs, initiatives, and coaching platforms, enabling Performance Managers and practitioners to deliver exceptional services. The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, manage vendor relationships, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Facility and Vendor Management: Resource and Process Development: Community and Events Support: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field Current CPR, AED and First Aid certification On-site 3-5 days per week Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous situations Proven ability to manage facility operations and vendor relationships Experience in community programming and stakeholder management Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficient in Google Workspace Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $53,000/year to $95,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
