Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional goals.

Execute Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' mobility, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.

Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with a multidisciplinary staff, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques that support continued improvement at home.

Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to help patients stay on track.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Continuing education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported.

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.

A genuine passion for helping others and a strong desire to assist patients in achieving their maximum level of independence.

Strong, empathetic communication skills with both patients and team members.

Creative thinking and the ability to modify therapy approaches to suit varying patient needs.

Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit interdisciplinary team.
