What You’ll Do Provide enterprise-level administration and support for Microsoft Azure, M365, Windows Server, and Windows platforms. Administer and support VMware, Veeam, and Cisco security technologies. Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects, including onsite and remote technical resources. Mentor junior administrators and provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting. Proactively monitor infrastructure performance, security, backups, and system utilization. Communicate project updates, metrics, risks, and technical concepts to leadership and non-technical audiences. Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting confidential and sensitive healthcare information. Participate in after-hours support as needed. Model Servant Leadership through collaboration, communication, accountability, and support of others. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience. Advanced knowledge of computer, network, infrastructure, and security systems. Strong troubleshooting, project management, communication, and organizational skills. Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred, particularly within post-acute, long-term care, or other multi-site healthcare environments. Relevant certifications are a plus, including Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-104, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+. Candidates must reside in the state of Georgia.
