Immediate need for a talented Senior On-Site Service Specialist. This is a 02+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $21/hr - $21.56/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: 7 am to 4 pm including 1 hour lunch (Monday to Friday)
• Job Duties: Scanning and preparing files to scan, order supplies as need interact with customer. Candidate will need to have strong communication skills, assertive, computer skills, organization skills and able to manage up to 6 direct reports.
• Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
• Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data and instruction Prepare, provide, and convey diversified information
• Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
• Some physical effort is required which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. and in pushing or pulling machines on wheels, which may weigh up to 700 lbs., in order to move for repairs. Walking between buildings may be necessary.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 –2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client policy.
• Excellent customer service skills - Good PC skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Mathematical and filing skills
• Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
