Our client, a rapidly growing global expert network and professional services firm, is looking to hire multiple Client Services Associates in New York, NY.

The organization connects leading global investors, businesses, and decision-makers with industry experts to provide valuable insights that support strategic business decisions.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $72,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Annual Bonus Target: $8,000, distributed in monthly installments

Average to high-performing Associates typically earn $91,500–$125,000 in total first-year compensation , depending on individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and industry experts, managing engagements from initiation through completion.
• Identify, research, and engage subject matter experts whose backgrounds align with specific client needs and project objectives.
• Conduct outreach to potential experts to assess qualifications, availability, and suitability for client engagements.
• Coordinate expert consultations, ensuring seamless communication and timely project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Develop research strategies and make informed decisions regarding expert selection, scheduling, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; minimum 3.5 GPA.
• December 2026 and January 2027 graduates are eligible to apply.
• May 2026 graduates are eligible with internship or corporate experience since graduation.
• May 2025 graduates are eligible with continuous employment since graduation and may be considered for a higher title and compensation level.
• Approximately 6–18 months of professional experience preferred; internships and experience involving client interaction, problem-solving, or business operations are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or involvement in academic, athletic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional presence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of professionals.
