Systems Integration Advisor

Senior Enterprise MS Power Platform administrator with a blend of technical and functional skills concerning Microsoft Power Platform –Power BI online infrastructure. The mission is to provide support and development services to CDC programs utilizing the Power Platform to build enterprise level applications . Role Responsibilities: - Operations and maintenance of the Enterprise MS Power Platform Services Infrastructure including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, level-3 troubleshooting, analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring, and other O&M activities. - Provide on-site technical support solutions for customer service delivery and availability while ensuring satisfaction with Microsoft Enterprise Power Platform. - Shared Services subject matter expert, which may include provisioning dedicated environments and providing some guidance on development projects for programs that are considering the development of Power Platform applications.US Citizenship is required.ExperienceTypically requires at least ten years relevant experience without a Degree; 4+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 3+ years relevant experience with Graduate DegreeSpecific Skills• 3+ years' extensive experience as an Office 365-support engineer in a sizeable mission-critical Office 365/Azure implementation. Experience with the Administration of Office 365 suite of apps; SharePoint Online, OneDrive, O365 Groups, Planner, Teams, MS One-Drive, AZURE AD, Project Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. • 3 + years’ Experience with Power Platform Environment administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing and limitations related to the Power Platform, and the ability to monitor and ensure apps and flows are working as designed.• 3+ years' extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps, specifically related to solutions and ALM.• 3+ years' extensive experience developing new Power Apps model-driven and canvas apps as well as enhancing existing apps. Understanding Power Apps formulas and development methods.
