Base pay range $60.00/hr - $80.00/hr Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the design, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions supporting critical airline operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (including Hyperforce), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of transforming business requirements into scalable technical solutions while enhancing user experience and system performance. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to streamline booking and ticketing workflows. • Architect and maintain Salesforce applications tailored to support key airline services such as customer service, flight booking, and ticket management. • Modernize and enhance legacy Visualforce pages and applications to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability. • Develop and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive and dynamic • Create advanced custom functionalities to retrieve and process real-time passenger information by integrating with third-party systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) using PNR and flight boarding data. • Configure and develop in Salesforce Service Cloud, including implementations on Hyperforce infrastructure. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems through robust API solutions, managing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. • Set up and configure new Salesforce instances, following best practices for architecture, data governance, and security. Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. • Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Hyperforce environments. • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, including authentication strategies • Experience integrating Salesforce with airline industry systems (preferred but not required). • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform best practices including code management, deployment strategies, and testing. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications: • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification. • Experience working in Agile development environments.• Prior experience in the airline or travel industry.
